Welcome to the website of Durham Markets Company which has been operating markets in Durham City since 1851.

We own and operate the Indoor market hall in Durham City as well as operating a variety of other markets and events both in Durham and in the North East.

If you are a visitor to the City then please click on ‘about us’ for a brief history of the Company; click on ‘Markets and events’ for details of events we organise and click on ‘visitor information’ for a plan of the indoor market identifying traders.
